Abstract
Section titled āAbstractāThe results of experimental studies on the further development of the technology for fabricating diamond structures with nitrogen-vacancy centers are analyzed. The creation of single centers and center ensembles and controlling their charge and spatial orientation are discussed. Special attention is focused upon new trends, including the delta-doping of diamond films with nitrogen and controlling the direction of the centers relative to the surface.
