Abstract
Section titled “Abstract”半導体材料としてのダイヤモンド結晶の現状と今後の展望について述べる。おもに，単結晶ダイヤモンドの真の物性値を活かした産業応用の実現に必要となる，ウェハ供給体制の確立における現状の技術的課題についてまとめた。
