Abstract
Section titled āAbstractāWe propose and numerically demonstrate a concept of a single-photon emitting diode based on a color center in a nanoscale AlN/diamond heterojunction device, which gives the possibility to generate up to 4Ć10 7 photons per second at room temperature.
