Abstract
Section titled âAbstractâIn this paper, a new ultra-wideband antenna with dual band-notched for WiMAX (3.4 GHz) and WLAN (5.7 GHz) uses only one complementary split-ring resonator, CSRR. The proposed antenna has a diamond shape of the patch, which the CSRR etched there to reject the two bands. The antenna has a compact dimension of 15 Ă 26 Ă 1.52 mm3. A fabricated prototype has been developed that exhibits good agreement between the measurement and simulation results.
