Abstract
Section titled āAbstractāA hierarchical boron-doped diamond (BDD) film was successfully fabricated by depositing a BDD film on Cu foam with TiO 2 as the interlayer using highly feasible techniques of hot filament chemical vapor deposition and atomic layer deposition.
