We present and apply an instrument allowing for localizing NV-centers in nano- diamonds in a photoresist, measuring the ļæ½ļæ½2(ļæ½ļæ½) correlation function without exposing the photoresist, and performing three-dimensional direct laser writing aligned with the single- photon emitters.
