Abstract
Section titled āAbstractāWe fabricate high quality factor diamond cantilevers containing nitrogen vacancy (NV) centers. Strain-mediated coupling of the NV spin to the displacement of a mechanical mode is observed in optically detected electron spin resonance measurements.
