Abstract
Section titled âAbstractâWe demonstrate super-resolution imaging and readout of solid state defect centers. Multiple nitrogen vacancy centers within 130 nm are resolved. Simultaneous control sequences are performed to demonstrate protection of nearby NV states during readout.
