Abstract
Section titled āAbstractāIn order to overcome the shortcomings of poor stability of existing electrode materials, a salinity sensor based on borondoped diamond film (BDD) electrodes is designed in this paper. The electrode of the salinity sensor has excellent characteristics such as wide electrochemical window, large background current, high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, etc., which can improve the stability and accuracy of the conductivity cell measurement, which is very important for the field of ocean salinity measurement significance. In this paper, based on the measurement principle of the sevenelectrode sensor and the preparation of the diamond film probe, the conductivity cell is studied and designed, the measurement circuit is analyzed and the design of low power consumption is carried out, and then the calibration and fitting of the seven-electrode conductivity sensor are carried out. Finally, data analysis is used to verify that the sensor has achieved stable, reliable, and high-precision measurement performance.
