Abstract
Section titled āAbstractāThis paper investigates a Brewster window applied in broadband terahertz backward wave oscillator, which can work in 250-600 GHZ frequency band range. Transmission characteristics of different window materials such as quartz, CVD diamond, sapphire, and aluminum nitride ceramic are simulated and compared.
