Refund Policy

At 6CCVD Supplies, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a broken or damaged item, it must be reported immediately upon receipt of your package, within 5 business days of delivery. All materials and equipment are considered to be in good condition upon signature of delivery confirmation. We recommend inspecting items for any damage before signing off on their condition.

If you need to return a damaged item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for assistance with obtaining a replacement.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving the product. 6CCVD Supplies must receive the product back within 15 days of issuing the RMA. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging; returns without original packaging will be rejected. The RMA number must be included on the packing list, and items being returned must be packaged and shipped in accordance with all applicable regulations. Note that all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Hazmat items
  • Open or damaged containers
  • Materials past their expiration date or with an expiration date too short for resale
  • Custom or special orders
  • Chemicals of any type

If you are returning supplies or equipment that have been used for warranty repair, a decontamination form may be required. Please contact 6CCVD Supplies for this form.
