Abstract
Section titled âAbstractâThe investigation and study of deep sea ore is an important part of deep sea scientific research. In accordance with the requirements of the âJiaolongâ manned submersible deep ore sampling job, launched a design of portable deep cutting device which based on the âJiaolongâ. By analyzing the working characteristics and structural features of world underwater cutting work tool, design a mounted Jiaolongâs new portable electric deep-sea Large depth cutter. The mechanical structure design of the cutting knife is finished, and through the Fluent software to simulate the cutting knife of the flow field and water resistance of the saw blade in the deep sea conditions, Study on the variation of water resistance and resistance moment of the blade under different sea depth and different speed. For the application of diamond circular saw blade in deep-sea mining and cutting knife mounted the âjiaolongâ to complete deep-sea assignments has important practical significance.
