Abstract
Section titled āAbstractāWe fabricated ultra-thin glass cantilevers using femtosecond laser pulses while integrating nitrogen vacancy (NV) centers at its tip. The magneto-mechanical coupling of electron spins in integrated NV centerās was exploited for quantum sensing applications.
