Abstract
Section titled āAbstractāA new method has been developed to enhance the quality of glass lenses by using CVD-SiC with fine, densely packed crystal grains. A highly efficient fabrication technique utilizing diamond tools has also been created to produce cylindrical CVD-SiC material for use in glass lens molds.
