Abstract
Section titled āAbstractāThis study investigates sub-terahertz (THz) emission from p-diamond TeraFET using the Dyakonov-Shur instability phenomenon. Results indicate that a minimum carrier drift velocity is required to form a continuous plasma oscillation. We also demonstrated the channel length dependence on resonant emission.
