Abstract
Section titled āAbstractāWe demonstrate high-overtone bulk acoustic wave resonators (HBARs) in diamond with an integrated piezoelectric transducer and quality factors of over 5 Ć 10 5 . Optimized phononic modes could allow for the demonstration of SiV-phonon coupling through modulation of the SiVās optical transitions or direct coupling to its spin degree of freedom.
