In this study, diamond-socket blended pumice lightweight concrete with circular saw cutting performance were investigated. Variations in light concrete cutting experiments, power consumption, cutting forces and specific energy values were obtained. Optimal cutting parameters are determined by appliying an analytical approach to the data obtained. Found optimum cutting parameters and performance tests were carried out. And variations in the performance test, cutting time, tangential normal and shear forces, power consumption, specific energy values were obtained.By using the data obtained in these experiments, optimum cutting parameters are determined for diamond socets used in industry and light concrete blocks in the four different sample composition . most efficent cutting parameters were defined as the peripheral speed 60 m/s, the surface speed of 2 m/min in cutting depth of 110 mm. From the result of experiments conducted in the connector blocks of lightweight concrete compositions by using diamond circular saw used in industry, the most efficient cutting process is performed in the B3 lightweight concrete block sample.© Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi
