Section titled āAbstractāWe characterize the performance of a diamond microdisk resonator hosting group-IV defects heterogeneously integrated with experimentally-demonstrated MEMS-enabled piezo-optomechanical Si 3 N 4 photonics, allowing control over all degrees of freedom of the defect and emitted photons.
