Abstract
Section titled “Abstract”We demonstrate a hybrid photonic thermometer, integrating two wide-bandgap materials (diamond and GaN) by transfer printing. Temperature errors as low as 9.2 mK are reported - a nearly fivefold improvement over current state of the art.
